  Troopers were called there to look for James Whitman, a Clarion University student who had disappeared.

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Allegheny County Health Department is reporting 374 new Coronavirus cases and no additional deaths over the last 48 hours.
  Of the newly reported cases, 278 are confirmed from 1,543 PCR tests. There are 96 probable cases.
  The dates of positive tests range from Oct. 8 to Feb. 21. Three positive tests are more than a week old, according to the Health Department. One is from October and another is from November.

• Coast Guard Rescues 10 People Stranded On Ice Floes In Lake Erie

  CLEVELAND, Ohio (AP) — Coast Guard and fire department personnel rescued 10 people who were stranded on ice floes in Lake Erie in Cleveland, authorities said.
  Coast Guard Great Lakes said in a Twitter post that an ice rescue team and local agencies responded at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday to a report of 10 people stranded on two separate ice floes near Edgewater Park. A helicopter was dispatched from Air Station Detroit for air support.
