    ELIZABETH BOROUGH (KDKA) – A theft in Elizabeth Borough is causing a stink among the local police.According to the Elizabeth Borough Police Department, they are investigating the theft of a Port-a-John sometime between July 16 and July 17.The theft occurred from the River Park Barge.They are asking anyone with information to call the Elizabeth Borough Police at 412-384-4041.
