  AMBRIDGE, Pa. (KDKA) — A man was electrocuted at the TMK IPSCO Plant in Ambridge.
  According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, officials arrived on the scene at 2225 Duss Avenue in Beaver County after a man was reported electrocuted at 11:12 a.m.
  The man, who was working inside the plant, suffered electrical injuries. He later died after being transported to Heritage Valley Sewickley hospital.

  The building at 3333 Forbes Ave. failed to maintain a fully functioning fire alarm system, according to the inspection.
  The Pittsburgh code violation was announced on Buildingeye, a website dedicated to tracking and mapping building permits, planning applications, business license activity and code enforcement in the city.

  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pittsburgh Police are investigating an overnight shooting in the city’s Homewood section.
  Police were called to Baxter Street near Brushton Avenue around 1:45 a.m.

  One person was taken to a local hospital.That person’s condition has not been released.
