    CHICAGO (AP) – Jason Heyward, Albert Almora Jr. and Kyle Schwarber hit home runs and the Chicago Cubs beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 8-3 on Sunday for a three-game sweep.
    The NL Central leaders posted their first series win since taking all three from St. Louis on June 7-9.
    Robel Garcia had a pair of doubles and Anthony Rizzo added two hits as Chicago improved to 32-16 at Wrigley Field.
    Bryan Reynolds got two hits and drove in a run for Pittsburgh, which has dropped five of seven.

    BUTLER (KDKA) — A woman arrested on an outstanding warrant in Butler when State Police noticed her vehicle outside of a Dollar General.
    Following her arrest, police then transported the 44-year-old woman to the Butler County Jail.
    According to the police, it was then discovered she had marijuana hidden on her person when she entered the jail.
    Further charges are expected to be filed.

    SEASIDE PARK, N.J. (AP) – Authorities say a Pennsylvania woman faces charges of speeding and driving under the influence in New Jersey and assaulting several arresting officers, biting one on the leg.
    The Ocean County prosecutor’s office alleges that 30-year-old Jessica Hayes of Bensalem drove more than twice the 35 mph speed limit in Island Beach State Park on Saturday. They say she then drove into Seaside Park, where she was found at a bank.
