  PennDOT announced Friday emergency cleaning operations on the Kittanning Pike (Route 1003) Bridge in O’Hara Township and Allegheny County.

  The McDonald Police Department said Friday on its Facebook that it received a report that a scammer called a local resident, claiming to be a McDonald police officer.
  The scammer told the resident a warrant was out for her arrest, and the resident’s caller ID matched the department’s phone number, authorities said.
