  • Man Arrested For Fatally Stabbing Woman, Injuring 3 Children

    CLEVELAND (AP) – Police say an 18-year-old man fatally stabbed a woman and injured three children in an attack at a home in Cleveland.
    Cleveland police have identified the woman killed early Saturday as 62-year-old Diane Madison. She died at the scene.
    Two 10-year-old girls and a 12-year-old boy were stabbed multiple times and were taken to a hospital for treatment. Their conditions aren’t known.

    GROVE CITY, Pa. (KDKA) – A suspect stole almost $400 worth of items from a store at the Grove City Premium Outlets.According to state police, the suspect concealed multiple items from the Adidas store in shopping bags, then left the store without paying.

    COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – A gun safety group that wants to change Ohio law to require background checks on virtually all guns sales failed to clear one of the first hurdles in that process but says it will try again.

    CLARKSVILLE, Pa. (KDKA) – A South Strabane man free on bond is facing charges for allegedly trying to lure a girl into his van.
    Jan Ondra, 66, is charged with a felony count of luring.

    MCKEESPORT, Pa. (KDKA) – One person is dead after a late night shooting in McKeesport that police say resulted in a chase.
    Allegheny County Dispatch tells KDKA they got this call around 11:20 on Friday night.
    Police and first responders say then they arrived, they found a 33-year-old man lying on the road with multiple gunshot wounds.
    The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
    The medical examiner says the victim’s name was Kaine Williams, 34.

    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pittsburgh Police responded to reports of a man stabbed in the 2100 block of Perrysville Avenue.
    When officers arrived they found a man bleeding heavily from a stab wound to the upper chest.
    He was transported to the hospital in critical condition and ultimately died from his injuries.
    The police are investigating.
    The police say they have arrested Maneca Pressley on charges of criminal homicide and possessing instruments of crime.
