    STOWE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) – Allegheny County Police are looking for 36-year-old Omar Harris after he was identified as the gunman who fatally shot a man inside Shooter’s Bar in Stowe Township.
    Police say Harris approached the victim, pulled a gun out of his waistband and fired a shot.The Medical Examiner identified the victim as 31-year-old Earnest Dixon, although details of what led up to the shooting are still unclear.
