    ROBINSON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Officials put restrictions in place on the Parkway West in Robinson Township this afternoon after a tractor trailer, carrying steel rollers, lost its load.
    Five steel rollers were tossed on the road like big toys, but each of them weighs about 5,000 pounds.
