    NORTH HUNTINGDON (KDKA) — North Huntingdon Township Police say their second day of searching for a body that was reportedly spotted in a creek was unsuccessful.
    The search began Saturday afternoon after a man spotted what he believed to be a body in Brush Creek off of Route 993.
    North Huntingdon Police Chief Robert Rizzo said the creek was running high and fast and by the time his officers arrived on the scene, there was no body in the area.

    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh says the Mon Wharf will likely be closed for several days due to flooding.
    The Mon Wharf will officially be closed Monday because of a flood advisory for the Ohio River.
    The National Weather Service says in the next 72 hours, there will be 1 to 2 inches of rainfall and “liquid equivalent snow” in the region, which will cause the river to rise.

    GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) – A defense attorney says a head injury three decades ago should bar the trial of a western Pennsylvania man in the bludgeoning death of his life-in girlfriend almost five years ago.
    Sixty-two-year-old Gregory Randall is charged in the May 2014 death of 52-year-old Angela Cavalero at their Laurel Mountain home. Police said she was beaten in the head and face with a hammer and a wine bottle during a domestic dispute.

    The thefts happened between Wednesday and Friday near Graeser Avenue, Strathmore Lane and Church Road.According to police, victims have reported missing money and property, including firearms.
