    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — With less than 24 hours to go, 2018 became Pittsburgh’s wettest year on record.
    A rainy New Year’s Eve pushed the precipitation total for the year over 57.41 inches around 5 p.m.

    BUTLER, Pa. (KDKA) — The Butler City Police Department says their K-9 officer has died.
    Police Chief Bob O’Neill says K-9 Gunner seemed to be feeling ill on Thursday evening so his handler, Lieutenant Grooms, took Gunner to the veterinarian.
    The vet found that Gunner had many irreparable internal issues. O’Neill says Gunner was laid to rest at the hospital.

    Allegheny County Police say County 911 received multiple calls about a woman being shot inside a home on 31st Street near Rockwood Street just before 7 p.m. Sunday.

    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A vehicle fire shut down the Fort Pitt Tunnels on Sunday night as Steelers fans were trying to get home.
    The fire broke out just before 8:30 p.m. in the outbound tunnel.
