• Wilkinsburg Police Purchase More Than 100 Weapons In 2 Hours During Gun Buyback

  WILKINSBURG (KDKA) — Wilkinsburg Police purchased more than 100 weapons from residents within two hours during its annual gun buyback program Saturday.
  The department paid out almost $4,000 in Giant Eagle gift certificates, offering $50 for handguns and $25 for rifles.

  Scott Krulcik was found unconscious on the sixth floor of the company’s offices in Chelsea at about 9 p.m. Friday. He was pronounced dead by Emergency Medical Service workers.

  STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) – Rasir Bolton scored a career-high 27 points and Penn State beat Colgate 76-65 on Saturday.
  Bolton started hot from 3-point range and didn’t cool off. He sank 7 of 9 shots from beyond the arc and notched 17 first-half points.
