  PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A native of Philadelphia got a taste of Pittsburgh hospitality earlier this month.
  Joan Young, of the Philadelphia suburb of Fort Washington, was in town for a show in Station Square during what locals call “construction season.”
  After dinner on Mt. Washington, including a ride on the historic incline, Ms. Young and her associate tried to make their way back to their hotel. That’s where the problems began.

  A 4.6 magnitude earthquake hit just before 1 p.m. ET in the Gulf of Mexico on Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
  It was a minor earthquake, and the National Weather Service asked in a Tweet if anyone even felt it.Apparently there was an earthquake a few minutes ago about 120 miles SE of Grand Isle or 160 mi SE of New Orleans. There is NO tsunami threat from this earthquake.

  GERMAN TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Burglars caused thousands of dollars in damage to a Fayette County VFD over the weekend.
  Pennsylvania State Police say an unknown suspect or suspects broke into the Ronco VFD in German Township sometime between 9 p.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
  The suspect or suspects took two Milwaukee Sawzalls valued at $800 and a Stanley hand tool set valued at $150.

  NORTH BEAVER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A man was killed in an ATV crash in Lawrence County early Sunday morning.
  It happened around 2 a.m. in North Beaver Township.
  State Police say 36-year-old John M. Craig, of Galilee, Pa., was driving an ATV on McClain Road near Petersburg Road when he lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons.
  Craig went off the side of the road and crashed into a utility pole.
  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
