  It happened near the Neville Street Ramp sometime in the afternoon.

  It happened around 7 p.m., on Lincoln Highway, east of Barta Road.
  State police say a Honda Civic, driven by 25-year-old Melanie Donna Wetzel, was traveling westbound and lost control of the vehicle on the wet road. The car crossed the center line and hit a Honda Odyssey traveling east.
