  According to our partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, 84-year-old Marlene Young died Saturday at UPMC Mercy.
  Young was hit by a vehicle Monday afternoon in Squirrel Hill, near the intersection of Murray Avenue and Darlington Avenue.
  No cause or manner of death has been listed as yet.

  GEORGETOWN, Mass. (AP) – Authorities say an 8-year-old Massachusetts boy helping his father with the family’s cows was trampled to death when one of them got spooked.

  According to the Connellsville Police Department, Danny Nicholson allegedly stabbed someone with a knife over the weekend. The police have an active arrest warrant out on Nicholson for aggravated assault.

  NEW CASTLE (KDKA) — A mother saved the day in New Castle when she revived an infant that nearly drowned.
  It happened around 7:30 p.m. Saturday on Wabash Street near North Cedar Street.
  Fire officials say the 1-year-old boy wandered into a pool, about three feet deep.
  The baby’s mother found him unresponsive, but was able to revive him through administering CPR.
  He was flown to Children’s Hospital. Officials have not revealed his condition.
