  WAMPUM (KDKA) — One person is dead after a motorcycle crash in Lawrence County.
  Officials say it happened on Route 288 near Darlington Road and Main Street in Wampum.
  According to police, the motorcycle rider lost control approaching a bend in the road underneath a train overpass. The rider suffered a severe head injury when he was thrown from the bike.
