    A fierce storm brought thunder and lighting to the Tristate area late Monday into Tuesday morning and wreaked havoc in some areas. Long Island was among the worst hit spots. SkyFoxHD was over a house in Setauket where a massive tree landed on the roof. The rain was letting up Tuesday morning but was expected to return later in the day. PSEG-Long Island reports there were 678 active outages effecting 34,029 customers.
