• Senior affordable housing development to open in the Bronx, rent starts at $454 per month

  In a push to expand affordable housing options for seniors and low-income residents in the Bronx, the City has launched a housing lottery for 46 units at Bedford Green House II, a new mixed-use affordable housing building at 2880 Jerome Ave. in Bedford Park.
