  The average rental price for studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments across a number of western Bronx neighborhoods increased 7.51% from September 2023 to September 2024, according to a recent report released by the real estate firm M.N.S. Real Estate.

  New York City has launched a housing lottery for seven units at 372 East 194th St. in Fordham.
  Located at 368-372 E. 194th St., the apartment complex consists of two 5-story buildings, one with 10 units and the other with 8 units. Of the 18 total units, 11 are market rate, while the other seven have been set aside for those earning 130% of the area median income.
