    New York City has launched a housing lottery for a 6-story residential building in Bedford Park.
    The building, located at 3178 Villa Ave., features 22 residences, with all but one available through the housing lottery for individuals earning 130% of the area median income.
    Each of the designated units are studios, with a monthly rent of $3,052. Households of up to two people are eligible, provided their combined annual income falls between $104,640 and $161,590.

    An early-morning subway stabbing in the Bronx on Tuesday left a man seriously wounded and a suspect on the lam, police reported.
