    Affordable housing lottery opens for Norwood apartments, $2,400 for 1 bedroom
    An affordable housing lottery has been launched for 3056 Decatur Ave., a newly constructed four-story residential building in the Norwood section of the Bronx.
    Designed by Node Architecture and developed by Zef Perperpaj, the building features nine residences with three of the units being classified by the city as “affordable.” All three of the affordable units are one-bedroom apartments.

    The MTA started handing out warnings to drivers on Monday along 10 bus routes with Automated Camera Enforcement (ACE), which is designed to combat illegal parking or blocking of bus stops.

    A double shooting in the Bronx left one man dead and another man injured on Saturday night as gun violence tormented the borough this weekend.
    According to police sources, officers from the 44th Precinct rushed to Sheridan Avenue and McClellan Street in Grand Concourse at around 10:35 p.m. on Sept. 14 after bullets began flying.
