  A Pennsylvania bank is acquiring New Windsor State Bank, the 84-year-old Carroll County financial institution, in a deal valued at $33.29 million.Gettysburg, Pa.-based ACNB Bank plans to continue to operate New Windsor's seven branches as New Windsor Bank, a division of ACNB Bank.New Windsor currently operates seven branches in New Windsor, Mt.
