    In a decisive move to fill a key leadership vacancy, Dr. Kisha E. McCaskill has been appointed Cook County Commissioner for the 5th District. The selection, made by Illinois State Senator and Thornton Township Committeeman Napoleon Harris III alongside ten other Chicago and south suburban Democratic Committeemen, was announced last evening at South Suburban College in South Holland, Illinois.
