    A massive flood has destroyed the streets and residence halls at Clark Atlanta University, WSB-TV reports.
    Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens said parts of the CAU campus received three hours’ worth of rain in 15 minutes. Water from the torrential downpour took over the dorms and streets of the HBCU.

    No Charges for Man Accused in Shooting Death of Assistant Principal
    Update: No criminal charges have been filed against the concealed-carry license holder accused of fatally shooting a 32-year-old man in a Loop high-rise on Thursday night. 
    On Thursday after 7:30 p.m., Abnerd Joseph was shot multiple times after an altercation with another man, a 45-year-old CCL holder, on the first block of East Monroe Street. Joseph died shortly after at Northwestern Hospital.
