    On Wednesday, Illinois Congresswoman Robin Kelly announced funeral arrangements for her late husband, Dr. Nathaniel Horn.
    Rep. Kelly announced Dr. Horn’s passing over the weekend. The couple just had their 20th wedding anniversary earlier this month. 
    “My husband was a remarkable man. He was a loving father, a compassionate husband, an incredible friend, and a great doctor that touched the lives of many people in a positive way,” Kelly said in a statement.

    Black children in the U.S. are 11 times more likely to die from guns than their white counterparts, according to a study from the American Academy of Pediatrics.Researchers of the study examined data on U.S. pediatric firearm deaths and disparities from 2018 to 2021. They found firearms to now be the leading cause of death among children and adolescents, surpassing car accidents.
