    Friday morning, Congresswoman Robin Kelly, along with fellow members of the Regional Leadership Council (RLC), met with leaders from Everytown for Gun Safety, including Senior Legal Director Rob Wilcox, Director of Implementation Chelsea Parsons, and Federal Counsel Jack Budish, to discuss the implementation of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA).
