  FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Those traveling through downtown Monday may experience some traffic delays as crews install a water service line.
  Starting Monday morning, lasting until late afternoon, the far south lane of E Jefferson Blvd between Monroe and Francis Street will be closed.
