    ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- A crash on Interstate 69 near the border of Allen and DeKalb counties has stalled southbound traffic in the area.According to the Indiana Department of Transportation's TrafficWise website, the crash happened just south of the Allen County border, although it is unclear when the crash happened.Traffic cameras appeared to show a vehicle in the grassy median and another vehicle off the right side of the road.
