  FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- The Designated Outdoor Drinking Area (DORA) kicks off Sunday and just in time for a holiday.As those throughout Fort Wayne celebrate Cinco de Mayo, those 21+ are invited to head to parts of downtown Fort Wayne to enjoy an alcoholic beverage within the DORA boundary.
