    WESTVILLE, Ind. (WANE) - Indiana State Police are investigating the death of an inmate at the Westville Correctional Facility.South 1100 WestThe inmate was identified as 53-year-old Matthew Chester from Allen County according to a release.
    The LaPorte County Coroner’s Office is now helping with the investigation.
    The death is still under investigation.
