(CBS4)– The driver of a vehicle that crashed into two motorcycles, killing two people and injuring another, has pleaded guilty for her role in the crash.Athina Munoz pleaded guilty on Monday to two counts of vehicular homicide- DUI. • Truck Dumps Yard Waste Onto Car

  AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)– A truck spilled its load of yard waste onto a vehicle in Aurora and caused quite a mess on Monday morning.The truck tipped over at 23rd Avenue and Emporia Street about 9:30 a.m. Monday. Part of the truck that hauls “roll off” dumpsters tipped over and fell onto a car, dumping yard waste and other trash on top of the vehicle.The car suffered some major damage. No one was injured.

(CBS4)– Police in Englewood arrested two teenagers in connection with the shooting death of a popular chef earlier this month.Police said it was about 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 1 when Nick Lewis, 33, the popular chef at Denver’s Blackbird Public House, had been walking home from the 7-Eleven near South Acoma Street.   COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)– A state senator from Colorado Springs has filed a lawsuit asking a judge to declare a ban on taking pictures of ballots that are marked, unconstitutional.

  WESTCLIFFE, Colo. (AP) — A wildfire that has burned 28 square miles in southern Colorado is now 50 percent contained, but firefighters don’t expect full containment until Nov. 15.

  PARK COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials say a bear attacked a hunter near Red Hill in Park County Friday evening.
  The attack happened at approximately 5 p.m after the man scouted the area for an upcoming hunting trip.
