  JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Animal control officers found yet another sick skunk in Jefferson County.
  Rabies has been confirmed in two of the four skunks caught.
  The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office released a picture showing officers cornering one of the skunks last week on West 53rd Lane. While they may look strange, the sheriff’s office says officers need to wear all the gear for safety.

  DENVER (CBS4)– Gov. John Hickenlooper is among the top five vice presidential candidate choices for Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, according to a website that tracks political moves.
  The Hill reports that Hickenlooper is one of five choices that also include Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Labor Secretary Thomas Perez.

  CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4)– The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man believed to have stolen a 92-year-old woman’s bank account information to pass fraudulent checks.

  DENVER (CBS4)– A foreign exchange student at the center of a controversy after he brought at BB gun to school in what he claimed was meant to be a prank, met his legal team that kept him out of prison.
