  CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) – The University of Wyoming Foundation and Colorado State University Research Foundation aren’t disclosing how much money they got from the sale of a ranch they jointly owned in Wyoming.
  They’re also not saying who the buyer was.
  The foundations closed on the sale of the Y Cross Ranch last week. The ranch went on the market in June with an asking price of $25 million.

  CRAIG, Colo. (AP/CBS4) – Lightning across northwestern Colorado is suspected of sparking about 30 fires over the weekend, keeping firefighters running from one fire to another.
  Of the 20 fires reported on Sunday only three remain uncontained.
  The largest of the wildfires is the Four Mile Fire, which is burning on just over 1,000 acres 20 miles north of Craig. It was 100 percent contained at 1 p.m. Monday.

• State Accidentally Mails Out Private Health Information To The Wrong Patients

  DENVER, Colo. (CBS4) – Protected health information from the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing was unintentionally mailed to the wrong people, the department announced on Monday.
  According to the department, the letters were mailed between May 25 and July 5 “and contained protected health information (PHI) of individuals from 1,622 households.”

  DENVER (CBS4) – Robberies of at least five 7-Eleven stores took place Monday morning in the northern part of the Denver metro area.
  Police originally said they were looking for three suspects, but then word came that two teenagers were arrested. Because they are juveniles police aren’t releasing their names.

  It began when police officers spotted a car connected to outstanding warrants and ended in an alleyway at West Ellsworth Avenue and Fox Street.

  A Denver jury convicted Lewis of killing five people at a bar in 2012 and then setting the place on fire to try to cover the crime.
