    CHICAGO — People are reportedly trapped after an explosion caused a building collapse at the Metro Water Reclamation District on Chicago’s Far South Side, according to FOX61 sister-station WGN.

    BOSTON  — A judge said the federal government can end a temporary housing vouching program for Puerto Rican hurricane evacuees.

    TERRYVILLE — An overnight fire heavily damaged a three family home in Terryville.
    The fire happened at a home along Eagle Street. All of the floors were occupied with a total of seven people and a couple of dogs. There were no reported injuries.
