    BARKHAMSTED —  Lifestar has been requested to the scene of a multi-car crash in Barkhamsted Friday afternoon.
    Police said three people were trapped inside the vehicle following a head-on collision in the area of 5 New Hartford Road around 4 p.m.
    Police said two of victims are unresponsive with suspected serious injuries. Litchfield County 9-1-1 called for two LifeStar choppers, but they weren’t able to send any.
