  • Sheriff: Secret Service investigating vandalism at Trump golf club in Florida

    The US Secret Service is investigating the vandalism of a sign at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.
    The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office told the White House press pool that the Secret Service is looking into red paint that was splattered on the sign outside of the entrance of the club. Crews were spotted cleaning the sign early Sunday morning.

    A data breach at department store chains Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Off Fifth and Lord & Taylor has compromised the personal information of customers who shopped at the stores.
    The chains’ parent company, Canada-based Hudson’s Bay Co., announced the breach of its store payment systems on Sunday. The company said it was investigating and taking steps to contain the attack.

    BERLIN — An Amtrak train has struck a car left on the tracks in Berlin.
    Berlin police say the car was unoccupied, but was apparently left on the tracks in the area of Four-Rod Road and Norton Road.  The train struck it around 7 a.m.

    MANCHESTER --Saturday was National Stop The Bleed Day. This marks the first year it's being put on. Free bleeding control basics classes were offered all over the state.
