    (WATERBURY,Conn./WTIC News) – Waterbury Police have arrested a 20 year old man in connections with two deaths on November 22,2017.Shan Thompson is charged with two counts of murder and two counts of conspiracy to commit murder in the deaths of Clarence Lewis and Antonio Santos.
    Police say the deaths were gang related.The investigation is continuing.

    Norwich, Ct (WTIC 1080)   State police from Troop E say one person was killed Friday afternoon after the vehicle they were in ran off the roadway on I 395 northbound just south of exit 13.
