    LOS ANGELES, Calif. - A man burned during an MRI mistake at a California hospital says the hospital hasn’t even apologized, and he's planning to sue.

    (CBS Connecticut) — MassMutual has announced plans to move about 1,500 jobs to Springfield, Massachusetts over the next four years.  The employees are expected to come from Enfield.
    MassMutual is currently the largest taxpayer in Enfield, and one of the communities largest employers.
    Enfield officials say they are hopeful about quickly luring another company to take over the facility in their community.

    HARTFORD — Emergency crews are responding to  an incident involving white powder at a federal office building Thursday afternoon.

    (East Hartford, CT/WTIC) – Fire officials in East Hartford say the blaze that destroyed a store in town late last night was electrical in nature.
    Assistant Fire Chief Wiliam Perez the fire was reported just before midnight at the Welcome Market on Main Street when a passerby called 911.
    He says it appears the fire started in a basement electrical panel.

    HARTFORD — State officials said 11 more people died from flu related causes in the period up to February 3, bringing the season’s total to 63.

    TORRINGTON — Police arrested a man who they said left a child unattended in a bathtub, who later died.
    Police said the incident happened on June 6 in a second-floor apartment at 420 South Main Street. Police said that at just before 11 a.m., Litchfield County Dispatch received a 911 call from a female saying that her child, Evan Standish, was unconscious and needed help there.
