    WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC and AP) – A residential care facility for young mothers and infants in Connecticut will close this month due to financial woes.
    Board Member Marek Kukulka tells The Hartford Courant that St. Agnes Home in West Hartford will close on Jan. 31 because it has run out of money. The group home opened in 1914.
    Kukulka says the financial problems are due to a lack of referrals from the Department of Children and Families.

    The two people who were aboard the single-engine plane were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police told WTIC News.

    JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. – A high school student in southern Indiana is accused of molesting 17 children between the ages of 3 and 7, WDRB reports.
    Michael Begin, 18, was arrested in October while he was still a student at Jeffersonville High School on accusations that he molested two 6-year-old girls. On Friday, Clark County Prosecutor Jeremy Mull announced that Begin is facing an additional 20 charges of child molestation.

    (New London, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – A man is being charged after New London police say marijuana and weapons were found while they executing a warrant Friday afternoon.
