    (CBS Connecticut) — A restaurant kitchen manager appeared in court today, on charges of murdering a fry cook.
    The accused killer’s girlfriend also made her first court appearance.
    The two men worked at Bonchon Chicken in Manchester.
    Witnesses said the men had an argument in the kitchen, when victim Norris Jackson yelled “Yo, do that [expletive] again!”

    NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) – A Connecticut man who testified against another man convicted in the fatal shooting of a rival gang member has been sentenced to 13 years in prison.
    The New Haven Register reported Tuesday that 26-year-old Tevin Williams pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit first-degreerobbery.

    NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTIC) – State police say a 55-year-old New Britain man is dead after jumping from a highway overpass following a car crash Tuesday night.
    Police say David Rodriguez was driving a 2001 Toyota Camry that slammed into a guardrail on Route 72 westbound in New Britain shortly before 9 p.m. Rodriguez subsequently jumped from an overpass, said police.
