    MILFORD --  Milford leaders are asking the state's Bond Commission to reject a $9.1 million proposal to build out Silver Sand's State Park.

    ENFIELD, Conn. (AP) _ Officials have identified a 21-year-old man who died in a Connecticut house fire last week.The state medical examiner’s office says Jose Cotto-Moya died Friday in Enfield of smoke inhalation.

    GLASTONBURY —  A psychologist is facing criminal charges after police said he sexually assaulted a woman during an appointment at his home office.
    Glastonbury police arrested and charged Dr. Clark Allen , 83, with sexual assault in the 4th degree on Tuesday.
    Police said the arrest comes stemming from an investigation by police where a long time female patient said she was sexually assaulted by Allen during an appointment.

    CHARLESTOWN, RI -- A seal rescued in Maine was released Tuesday after being treated at the Mystic Aquarium for several months.

    South Korea’s military says the missile was fired from an area north of Pyongyang early Wednesday.
