  PLAINVILLE — Police are conducting what is described as a “non-emergency search and rescue” for a missing man in a wooded area Sunday afternoon.   CINCINNATI — One person was killed and 14 others injured when gunfire broke out at a nightclub in Cincinnati early Sunday, police said.
