    (East Hartford, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – State Police say the outbound Founders Bridge along eastbound Interstate 84 is closed.
    Trooper say a backhoe tipped over earlier this afternoon.
    There are reports of serious injuries.
    State Police are also advising motorists to reduce their speed approaching the area.
