  HARTFORD, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – There has been a new arrest for a former trucking company owner convicted in a deadly 2005 Avon Mountain dump truck crash.
  Starting shortly after his release from prison in 2014, David Wilcox has repeatedly tested positive for cocaine, according to a probation officer.
  Wilcox was warned that any further illegal drug use would lead to a charge of violating probation. Wilcox again tested positive, and the charge has now been filed.

  Just after 7:00 p.m., officers say they were called to an area on Coe Avenue on a report of a pedestrian-motor vehicle accident.
