    Starting shortly after his release from prison in 2014, David Wilcox has repeatedly tested positive for cocaine, according to a probation officer.
    Wilcox was warned that any further illegal drug use would lead to a charge of violating probation. Wilcox again tested positive, and the charge has now been filed.
