    Adnelly Moipard is charged with assaulting a 5-year-old boy at Kids Town Day Care on Wolcott Street in Waterbury.
    Police were told about the incident November 4.  Moipard was charged today.
    In October, the 60-year-old woman was accused of assaulting a 3-year-old at Kids Town, breaking the child’s arm.
