  WATERBURY, Conn. (CBS Connecticut and AP) – Police are investigating after a 71-year-old woman was fatally struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in Waterbury.
  Nancy Martin, of Waterbury, was crossing the street Friday night when police say she was hit by the vehicle. She died at the hospital.
