    (Norwich, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Norwich police have arrested a total of five juveniles in connection with a pair of fires a day apart from one another last month.
    On October 23, the SMS Textile Mill on Franklin Street caught fire.  And a day later, the old YMCA building on Main Street went up.
    Investigators say both blazes were intentionally set.
    There were no injuries in the SMS fire but two firefighters did sustain minor injuries battling the YMCA fire a day later.
