  SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Fire badly damaged a building at a South Windsor housing complex Saturday afternoon. The blaze at 949 Pleasant Valley Road was reported around 3 p.m., and took roughly 45 minutes to bring under control.
  Police say roughly 16 residents were displaced by the blaze, which damaged between eight and ten units in building 11. One person was taken to an area hospital with a minor case of smoke inhalation, but is expected to be okay, said authorities.
