  The city of Columbus has surpassed the city of San Francisco in population, according to new estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau.Columbus ranked 14 in the top 15 most populous cities with an estimated population of 892,533, passing San Francisco's 883,305.   In the latest pushback against surging insulin prices, Colorado has become the first state in the nation to put a cap on the cost of the medication.Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed legislation Wednesday capping co-payments on insulin for Americans with private insurance at $100 per month.   COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was killed in a crash Sunday in the area of Rickenbacker International Airport.It happened on West Rickenbacker Parkway and the call came in Sunday afternoon.The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says the driver took a curve too fast and the vehicle went up on the median, across the opposite side of the road and into trees and brush.He was not wearing a seatbelt.
