    OSCEOLA, Fla. -- A Vietnam veteran suffering from PTSD had his service dog stolen when a woman came up to him and started an altercation.According to a social media post, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office said the dog was stolen by a second woman when the 67-year-old war veteran was distracted.
