  COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus police are looking for a 12-year-old girl last seen on the near east side of the city.Police said Daiani Weddington was last seen in the area of Merryhill Drive and Sherbourne Drive around 3:40 p.m. Sunday.She is 5'0" tall, weighs about 110 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.She was last seen wearing a shirt with a leopard print, blue jean shorts, black sparking shoes, and a gold headband.If anyone has any information, they are asked to call police at 614-645-454

  COLUMBUS, Ohio - A Franklin County deputy was hospitalized after his cruiser was hit by a suspected drunk driver, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.The deputy was on a traffic stop in the westbound lanes of SR-104 near Haul Road when his cruiser was hit just after midnight on Sunday.A photo shared by the sheriff's office shows damage to the back of the cruiser.The sheriff's office said the deputy was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and released.

  COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Columbus Division of Police made a drug bust on Refugee Road, finding drugs and a gun inside an Audi car.Authorities recovered 117 grams of marijuana, 14.25 grams of cocaine, and1.5 grams of crack, 5 grams of heroin, a gun.Police also found a desert eagle pistol in the car.The items were found in two hidden compartments in the car, according to police.Police also seized the Audi, where the gun and drugs were found.
